You’d never know it by looking at Devon Kistler’s hands that he’s retired. The ragged nails, the grit-brown fingers, the leathery skin. These are the hands of a dirt farmer. A hops farmer. As scruffy as those hands might get, they must be sensitive enough for Kistler to tell when the crops at Huguenot Hops are ready for picking. “You tell by touch, how they feel,” Kistler, a former IT executive with the Federal
